No Returns or Refunds

Nirvana Journey Fitness provides personalized online coaching services. Because these services are custom and digital, all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Payment Responsibility

Stopping participation or failing to follow the program does not cancel your payment obligation. All payments must be completed for the full 3-month minimum commitment.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if Nirvana Journey Fitness is unable to deliver the services purchased. These situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Cancellation of Future Billing

If you are on a recurring plan, you may request cancellation of future billing only after completing the required 3-month minimum commitment.

Payments already made cannot be refunded.

To stop billing after month 3, contact us before your next payment date.
